Joseph was a dear friend of ours for many years. Lucy has a trinket box that he gave her in 1994 that has a figurine of a child kneeling in prayer on the top and this message on a scroll inside--"Call upon Me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver thee." Rest in Peace, Joe!!

To the Meccariello family.

I am a long time friend of Joe since our High School days. Early 50's.
He was a dear friend of my husband, also named Joe. They together spent many hours doing art work for the 1952 Leavenworth class book.
They remained dear friends until the passing of my husband 5 years ago.
Joe was one of the kindest and gentlest people I have ever had the privilege to know.
He will be dearly missed.
In friendship and sorrow,
Mary Lou Mucci

Dear Ellie and all the family,

It was our blessing to have known Joseph. He was a dear friend at our church in Cheshire, and we shall miss him greatly. We shall enjoy listening to his beautiful voice on the CD he gave us,"Lord Jesus I Love Thee." May the Lord give you His peace and comfort until we meet Joseph again in Heaven.

Warmest regards and our most sincere sympathies,
Bob & Pennie Else

Dear Ellie,
I'm so so sorry for your loss. Joe was a wonderful man and a greatest friend. When Paul was sick, Joe came and offer a lot of support to Paul and to me. I have not been in touch with Joe for a few years. But he is always in my thought and my prayers. Joe will be missed greatly.

Dearest Ellie, our hearts are with you at this time of loss. Joe was a special friend for many years. He being in our wedding was a blessing to us and David and he connected like brothers! Although we have not seen him in a couple years, we will cherish the memory of our last times together. So happy we will be reunited in 'the sweet by and by'.

I am so saddened to hear this news. Joe was my very special friend who meant so much to me throughout the many years of our friendship. He inspired me with my pottery and was always there to listen. When I moved away that continued with our emails. On Aug 27th I wrote to him to let him know I was thinking of him. I am so happy I did it that . May he Rest In Peace. I mourn with those who love him.

Dearest Ellie & family,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved brother. He was an amazing Christian man. Such a deep love for the Lord & Others & especially you, Ellie. I value the friendship[ I had with both of you. I only wish we could have reconnected sooner and that I had known he was so ill. There are so many things I would have liked to have said to him that I did not have a chance to. I thank God he was part of my life even for the short time we had together. Ellie , please keep in touch.
All my love,
Evie & family.
