When my son Ramon Antonio Martinez passed 28 Nov 2020 we were lost not knowing what to do to arrange for him to be picked up at the hospital or what the process was since he passed of Covid 19. She is very professional and understands exactly how to comfort and reassure someone when their loved one passes unexpectedly. Thank you to Valerie Leo once again.

I am writing to tell you about my experience with the Woodtick Memorial Funeral Home in Wolcott, CT. My mother passed away one week ago and her funeral was yesterday. Specifically, I'm writing about an employee there named Valerie Leo. From the first meeting (which included my 7 siblings and myself) to opening the funeral home after the repass so that we could take home the flowers, she exuded a level of confidence, compassion and caring that I never experienced anywhere else. I know that this is her job, but she continuously went the extra mile to show kindness and comfort to everyone there. You should be very proud to have an employee like her. In times like these, it's easy to tell who cares and who's just doing their job. She is the exception.
