Mr. Laurier "Larry" Pelletier Sr.

Wolcott – Laurier “Larry” Pelletier, Sr., passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020. He was the loving husband to Elizabeth (Wright) Pelletier for 8 years.

Laurier was born in Clair, New Brunswick, Canada on October 29, 1931, son of Arthur and Annie (Levesque) Pelletier. Larry loved playing cards with his friends, especially with Doris Ouellette. He enjoyed fishing; watching old cowboy movies; and enjoyed walking his dog, “Jack” every day. Larry was a hardworking man with a kind heart that was always ready to help others.

Including his wife, Elizabeth, Laurier leaves behind his son, Laurier “Larry” Pelletier Jr., and his girlfriend, Bernice Nadeau; his brother, Morris Pelletier; his sister, Fernande Ouellette; his grandchildren, Kevin Pelletier, and his wife, Beth; Christine Pelletier, and her boyfriend, Antonio “Anthony” Seanez; and Richard “Ricky” Hanson Jr., and his wife, Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Ashley; James; Antonio “Max”; and Mila; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Laurier was predeceased by his wife, Eglantine (Beaulieu) Pelletier; his son, David Pelletier; his daughter, Lucie Pelletier Hanson; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, September 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Road, Wolcott. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Road, Wolcott. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Masks and social distancing are required.
