Wolcott – June Ester (Capaldo) Christoff, 88, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at her home surrounded by family. She was the widow of Mr. Anthony John Christoff who predeceased her in 2015.

June was born on June 22, 1934 in Elizabeth, NJ, daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Might) Capaldo. June was a talented artist, enjoyed drawing, painting, designing, poetry and writing. She was also an excellent seamstress who enjoyed sewing anything from clothing to curtains. June loved her family and cherished the time she was able to spend with her loving children, grandchildren, sisters and many friends.

June is survived by her son, Christopher Christoff; daughter Tina Beltrami; sisters Virgina Capaldo and Barbara Ann Capaldo; grandchildren, Corey O’Connor, Jerrid Christoff, Daniel and Eric Beltrami; her great-grandson Jonathan Grimaldi; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters Patricia Martino and Connie Picard; and her granddaughter Amber Grimaldi.

The family would like to send a special thanks to all the caregivers through the years. With special thanks to Marie and Diane who were with us at the end. We appreciate all you have done for June and our family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 16, 2022 from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd. Wolcott. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery in Wolcott.
