Wolcott – Gail (Johnston) Morin, 75, of Wolcott, died Saturday morning, October 27, 2018 at the VITAS Innovative Care Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was the widow of Mr. Edward Morin.
Gail was born on October 2, 1943 in Waterbury, daughter of the late David and Elizabeth (Murgatroy) Johnston. Gail enjoyed shopping, reminiscing with her photos, her Tuesday night get-togethers with the girls, and her beloved cat, Popcorn. Gail cherished the time she was able to spend with her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gail is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Cipriano (Ralph) of Wolcott; her sister Holly Johnston; five grandchildren, David Morin (Meghan), John Morin, Andrew Cipriano, Zachary Cipriano, and Autumn Cipriano; two great grandchildren, Lincoln Morin, and Jordan Morin; and her special friend Joyce Panilaitis.
She was predeceased by her son David Morin; and grandson Joshua Cipriano.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. A service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Burial will be held privately.
