Frances Wiseman

Watertown – Frances Regina (Roth) Wiseman, 100, passed away on February 23, 2021 at Apple Rehab in Watertown. She was the loving wife of the late H. William Wiseman.

Frances was born in New York City on May 31, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph W. Roth and Regina Louise (Walter) Roth. She was an installation manager at Sears and a part-time realtor. She loved cooking for her family, parties and dancing; and her book club at the ocean in Hampton Bays, Long Island. She enjoyed her poetry and creative writing classes and looked forward to painting each week in her later years.

Frances is survived by three children, Randall Wiseman and his wife Donna of Southbury, Frances Apicella and her husband David of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Jeanne Cammelletti and her husband Michael of Waterbury, CT.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her siblings, Madeline Shearn of Plainville, NY., and Joseph W. Roth of Mary Esther, FL; and six nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Apple Rehab for all their love and dedication.

There are no calling hours. A celebration of her life will take place at the discretion of the family after COVID subsides.
