Waterbury – Mr. Don R. Pronovost, 66, passed away on Friday, March 9, at his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Tina (Nelson) Pronovost.
Don was born February 17, 1952 in Waterbury, son of the late Charles A. and Rollande (Massicotte) Pronovost. Raised in Waterbury he attended local schools and was a graduate of WF Kaynor Technical High School. He was employed by Clark Dietrich Building systems in Bristol. He will be remembered as a true outdoorsman and for his love of hunting, fishing and camping.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one step-daughter, Danielle Lombardo of New Britain; four brothers, Michael Pronovost of Waterbury, Paul Pronovost of FL, Charles Pronovost, Jr of Thomaston and John Pronovost of VT; five sisters, Anne LaPerriere of Thomaston, Rita Audet of NC, Charlene Johnson of Southington, Jacqeline Guerrera of Prospect and Loretta Gregory of TX; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, march 14, at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of New Life 74 Kelly Rd. in Middlebury. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Watertown.
