Wolcott Mrs. Theresa M. (Massaro) Pilloise, 85, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Bristol Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the widow of Mr. Robert R. Pilloise Jr. Theresa was born on June 28, 1932 in Waterbury. She enjoyed bingo, trips to the casino, and cherished the time she was able to spend with her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Theresa is survived by her six children, Robert Pilloise III and his wife Sharon, David Pilloise and his wife Mary Jane, Joanne Rocco and her husband Joseph, Joseph Pilloise, Barbara Jackson and her husband Timothy, and Dawn Beaudoin and her husband David with whom she made her home; her brother James Massaro; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Rocky Massaro and Albert Massaro; and two sisters, Phyllis Diorio and Violet Filippone. Family and friends may call on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Old Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury.
