THERESA PHILIBERT WATERBURY ~ Theresa (Vincent) Philibert, 89, of Waterbury passed away on Sunday, September 20th at Wolcott View Manor. She was the widow of Gregory Philibert. Mrs. Philibert was born December 11, 1919 in Shawinigan Falls, P.Q., Canada, daughter of the late Lucien and Florette (Verville) Vincent. She was a devote Catholic and attended the Shrine of St. Anne and was a former member of the Ladies of St. Anne. She was also a member of the A.A.R.P. Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family and was a beloved aunt, great aunt. great great aunt and godmother to many children. She loved camping with her late husband. She leaves her sisters, Lucette Vincent Rivard and Rita Vincent Trepanier of Canada, several nieces and nephews including her caregivers, Hedy Philibert of Fairfield, John Philibert of Waterbury, Joyce Davis and Francis Philibert of Prospect, Jacques and Lisette Rivard of Canada, her sister-in-law Beatrice Lesieur and her brother-in-law, Andre Lesieur, of Meriden, several great nieces and nephews and many close friends. She was predeceased by two brothers. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th at 11 am at Old St. Joseph Cemetery, corner of Hamilton Ave. and Silver St. Extension, Waterbury. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the cemetery. Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott has been entrusted with Mrs. Philiberts arrangements.
