Theresa LeClerc WATERBURY ~ Theresa (Lafreniere) LeClerc, 83, of Waterbury passed away on Friday, July 9th at Wolcott View Manor. She was the widow of George LeClerc, Sr. Mrs. LeClerc was born December 11, 1926 in Waterbury, one of eleven children to late Pierre and Azilda (Marchand) Lafreniere. She was a former resident of Cheshire and Goshen, NH. Mrs. LeClerc was a member of the Franco-American Social Club. She leaves her twin daughters, Jeannine Knell and her husband, John of Waterbury, Jeannette Czerwinski and her husband, John of Mooresville, NC, her son, George LeClerc, Jr. and his wife, Maureen of Plantsville, her brother, Marcel Lafreniere and his wife, Evelyn of Cheshire, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am at the Church of the Epiphany, 1750 Hutchins Rd., Cheshire. Friends are asked to meet at the church. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5 to 8 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
