WATERBURY- Susan Messier 54, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec 17th at her home in Waterbury. Susan was born in Waterbury on October 16, 1969, daughter of Patricia (Ricciardi) Messier and the late Kenneth Messier Jr. She attended North end Middle School and Wilby High School. She loved playing softball in school and during her adult life. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, swimming and all of the outdoors especially the beach. Susan loved her grandsons and will always be remembered as a huge fan of the NY Yankees. Left to cherish her memory are her wife of Christina Lynch, her mother Patricia (Ricciardi) Messier, her daughter Nicole (Felipe) Cruz, her two grandsons Xander and Elias Cruz, her three brothers Kenneth (Debbie) Messier III, Scott Messier, Mark (Maria Messier, and her aunt Nancy Paulella and cousins. Visitation will be on Thursday December 28th from 4 to 6 PM at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott.
