Southington Rosetta (Davidson) Fischang-Watson, 92, of Southington was called home to God on August 15, 2019. She was the widow of the late Albert Fischang and the late Jack Watson. Rosetta was born on June 21, 1927 in Waterbury, daughter of the late James and Jane (Welsh) Davidson. Rosetta was a long time member of the Friends of Southington Library, the St. Andrews Society of Connecticut, and the Southington Genealogical Society. She was an avid reader, enjoyed genealogy, golfing, walking, trivial pursuit, and watching Jeopardy. She also loved her family time at the beach. Rosetta is survived by her three daughters, Jean Erickson and her husband Jerry Farrell, Nancy Fischang and her husband David Hoey, and Carol Fischang; granddaughters, Kristen Hoey and Megan Hoey, and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott for a funeral service. Interment in New Pine Grove Cemetery will follow.
