Rosemary (Michelli ) Rupenski Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. WOLCOTT-On September 21, 2023, Rosemarys life journey had come to an end. She was the wife of William J. Rupenski for 68 years. They would have celebrated their anniversary on September 22 and now they are once again together to do so. Rosemary was born on May 24, 1935. She was the oldest daughter to Victor and Rose (Caputo ) Michelli. Rosemary grew up in Waterbury, CT in the Town Plot area. Rosemary graduated from Catholic High School and began her lifes journey. She worked for the Rubber Shop in Naugatuck as a bookkeeper. Then the flood of 1955 happened. She and Bill were getting ready for their wedding. They married on September 22, 1955. Eventually Rosemary gave birth to 5 boys and 1 girl. She loved being a mother and always having her family around her. She is survived by 6 children; William Rupenski and his wife Elisa, Ronald Rupenski and his partner Barbara Weber, Stanley Rupenski and his wife Grace, Victor Rupenski and his wife Nancy, Allen Rupenski and his wife Carla and Teresa Arsenault and her husband Raymond. Rosemary also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind 3 sisters, Eleanor Perezella, Christine Guiditta and Angela White; and her brother in law Bernie White,. The family requests contributions to The Wolcott Volunteer Ambulance Association, P.O. Box 6066, Wolcott CT 06716. Friends and Family are invited to attend a funeral Mass on Tuesday September 26th at 11 AM at St. Pius X Church/ St. Basil The Great Parish 525 Woodtick Rd in Wolcott.
