Rosemary Phillips WOLCOTT- We sadly announce the passing of Rosemary (DeCola) Phillips, 73, on March 10, 2025 at Cook Willow Health and Rehab Center in Plymouth. Rosemary was born on October 9, 1951 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Frank and Florence (Cellante) DeCola. Rosemary resided in Wolcott for over 50 years and retired from Allergy Associates of Waterbury where she worked for many years. She enjoyed baking and Cooking Italian food for her family and friends. Left to carry on her loving legacy are her son Daniel and his wife Jennifer Phillips, her daughter Tanya and her husband Scott Way, her beloved grandchildren Eric and his wife Sierra Way, Joey and Taylor Way, Alexa, Ryley and Mia Phillips, her great grandchildren Laurel and Lucas Way, her sisters Florence Bosco and Madeline Gelada and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Rosemary was predeceased by her great grandson Logan Andrew Way. Rosemarys family would like to thank all of the staff at Cook Willow, Vitas as well Bob and Maria Phillips, Randy Phillips, Pat Towle and Dianna Cesare for their compassion and care with Rosemary. Calling hours will be on Saturday March 22, 2025 at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott beginning at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Service at noon.
