WOLCOTT ~ Robert E. Geoffroy, 76 of Wolcott passed away at St. Marys Hospital on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. He was the husband of Mary (Bunce) Geoffroy. Robert was born March 22, 1936 in Biddeford, ME, son of the late Joseph and Yvonne (Dubreuil) Geoffroy. He retired from Creative Management after 18 years of service. He was a sports fan, being especially fond of the Boston Red Sox, the Patriots, and UConn basketball team, as well as all college basketball. He was a NASCAR fan and loved his trips to the casinos. Besides his wife, Mary of 56 years, he leaves his children, Michael Geoffroy of Wolcott with whom he and Mary made their home with, Steven Geoffroy and his wife, Nancy, Robert J. Geoffroy and his wife, Debbie, all of Wolcott, and Daniel Geoffroy and his wife, Donna of Bristol, his former daughter-in-law, Stacie Hagley of Warren, his grandchildren, Matthew, Brian, Holly, Brandon, Dakota, Joseph and Toni, his half-sister, Lucille Dubreuil of Manchester, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 am at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Everyone is asked to meet at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Woodtick Memorial has been entrusted with Roberts arrangements.
