Wolcott Rita(Rousseau) Bisaillon, 95, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Isidore Bisaillon, Sr. Rita was born on July 29, 1922 in St. Johnsbury, VT to the late Delphis and Noellie (Vallee) Rousseau. She was a lifetime member of the Franco American Social Club, and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. Memere will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Rita is survived by her children, Laura Chartier, and her husband, Gerard, of Waterbury; Sister Michele (Irene) Bisaillon, D.H.S., of Willimantic; Isidore Bisaillon, Jr., and his wife, Carolyn, of Naugatuck; Claudette DelPrete, and her husband, Ernest, of Phoenix, AZ; Daniel Bisaillon, of Terryville; and Francis Bisaillon, of Wolcott; 21 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Including her husband, Isidore, Rita is predeceased by her sons, J. Richard Bisaillon, and his wife, Regina; J. Raymond Bisaillon, her granddaughter, Kristen Socia; her grandson, J. Raymond Bisaillon, Jr.; and all 11 of her siblings. The family wishes to thank the nurses, aides and staff of Hartford Health Care for their care and support. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 19 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Road, Wolcott. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Anne, 515 S. Main St. Waterbury. Please meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
