Prospect Rickie J. Barriault, 66, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020. He was the husband of Donna (Aszklar) Barriault, for 27 years. Rickie was born in Waterbury on April 9, 1954 to the late Cerinus and Cecilia (Molleur) Barriault. He enjoyed working on cars and was a jack-of-all-trades. He worked in maintenance for Carabetta Apartments for 30 years. Including his wife, Donna, Rickie is survived by his children, Craig Barriault, of Waterbury; Kevin Barriault, of Springfield, MA; Nicole Krofssik, and her husband, Gary, of Waterbury; and Sabrina Streich, of Torrington; his siblings, Karen Boutin, of Waterbury; Philiph Barriault, of Waterbury; Darlene Pulver, and her husband, Louis, of Waterbury; and Lisa Gallagher, of Stafford Springs; several grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Road, Wolcott. A funeral home service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
