Ramon Antonio Martinez Fought the good fight Wolcott Ramon Tony Antonio Martinez, 47, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 due to complications of COVID. Tony was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on August 8, 1973, son of Wilfredo Martinez and Gladys (Lugo) Alvarez. He worked for Wolverine Sprinkler Company U.A. Local 669. Tony had a great sense of humor and had a genuine love for life. He was a Yankees fan; and enjoyed the beach, camping, and dressing up for Halloween. Tony leaves behind, his parents, Wilfredo Martinez, and his wife, Margarida, of Port St. Lucie, FL; and Gladys (Lugo) Alvarez, and her husband, Jose, of Jayuya, PR; his girlfriend, Pamela MacMullen; Eneida Pena, whom he raised like his daughter since the age of 2; his beloved dog, Nuchi; and many aunts, uncles, friends, and extended family. Tony was predeceased by his sister, Dymary Lugo; his paternal grandparents, Vicente Martinez and Maria Torres; and his maternal grandparents, Sergia Mercado and Primitivo. Services will be held privately.
