Patricia Petta, 81, of Wolcott, entered heaven on March 7, 2021. She was the wife of Lorenzo Petta. Patricia was born in New York to Anna and Rocco Fosco. She graduated from Thomaston High School, and soon after, met Lorenzo. Pattie retired from St. Marys Hospital after 25 years of service. Patricia was a Wolcott resident for 55 years. She was a member of St. Pius X Church for many years. Pattie and Lorenzo had many adventures. They loved to take cruises. They enjoyed all tropical islands. They also loved Las Vegas, and most recently would take car trips north. Pattie enjoyed knitting, her flower gardens and reading. Pattie enjoyed going to restaurants, of any kind. Pattie is known for always sending cards and writing personal messages. She never forgot a special day. Pattie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Besides her husband Lorenzo of 60 years, she leaves behind 2 daughters; Joyce(David) Robinson of Cumming, GA and Susanne(Jeffrey) Bajek of Avon, and her beloved granddaughters, Donna and Leanne. She also leaves behind one sister, Ruth(Samuel) Pellot of Waterbury, four sisters-in-law; Anna Petta, Phyllis Petta, Elda Petta and Theresa Petta, all of Waterbury, and many special nieces and nephews. She had a wonderful extended family that she loved dearly. A walk through visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Road, Wolcott.
