WOLCOTT ~ Patricia Ibell, 71, of Wolcott passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012 at Waterbury Hospital. Patricia was born February 28, 1941 in Winsted, daughter of the late Francis and Hazel Ibell. She leaves her guardian and caregiver, Katrina Carotenuti of Torrington. She was a gentle and kind woman who knew what she liked. She enjoyed vacationing, working and a great cup of coffee. Patricia participated in the Special Olympics. Memorial services will be held on June 30, 2012 at 2 pm at New Foundations, 65 Laurel Lane, Wolcott.
