Nancy Harbanuk WOLCOTT- Nancy Lynn (Bates) Harbanuk, 71, beloved wife of Stephen Harbanuk, passed from this life on March 27, 2025 at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill after a long illness. Nancy was born in Waterbury on August 22, 1953. She enjoyed Cape Cod and visits to the beach as well as the casino. She was an active member of Wolcott Congregational Church and a member of their Ladies Aid. In addition to her loving husband Stephen of 22 years, she is survived by her sisters Peggy and Patty and their families. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Robert Bates. Nancy faced her illness with a quiet grace and dignity, never complaining. Her family would like to give a special thanks to her friend Linda as well as her caregivers Lisa, Shyra, Stephanie and Alice at Autumn Lake. Nancys life will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 1st with a Funeral Service beginning at 11 AM at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. Wolcott. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
