Wolcott - Mrs. Lily (DaSilva) Santa Lucia, 78, formerly of Lynbrook, New York, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 3. She was the wife of James A. Santa Lucia. Lily was born June 28, 1938 in New York, NY, daughter of the late Sara (Ortiz) and Manuel DaSilva. She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her family. In addition to her husband of 58 years she is survived by her children, Marie and Joseph McDermott of Wolcott and Ancramdale, New York, Denise and Kevin Kaer of Ocean Side, New York, Jim and Diane Santa Lucia of Wolcott and Linda and Greg LaFountain of Wolcott; her sisters-in-law, Marie Santa Lucia of Wolcott and Joan Santa Lucia of New York; her grandchildren, Taryn, Kate, Brian, Sara, Madison, Chelsea, Christina, Ryan and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Ella, Aidan, Alex, Charlotte, Andrew and James and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 6, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:15 A.M. from the funeral home to St. Pius X Church for mass at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be private.
