Wolcott Judith "Judy" (Razier) Bouley, 87, passed away on Saturday evening, July 30, at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. She is the wife of Richard P. Bouley, married 68 years. Judy was born January 29, 1935 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Anthony T. and Nellie (Dabilitis) Razier. Raised in Waterbury she attended local schools and was a graduate of Wilby High School, class of 1952. In addition to her husband Judy is survived by her son, Steven Bouley of Denver, CO; her sister, Carol Cole of Shelton; two grandsons; several nieces and nephews including, Susan Cole and her husband Brad Barnett of Franklin, TN and Doreen Chudoba and her husband Kenneth of Oxford and their children Kyle and Cole; good friends and neighbors, Maria and Tina. She was predeceased by her daughter, Brenda A. Bouley and her brother, Thomas A. Razier. Judy will be remembered by family and friends as a devoted caregiver for her husband, Richard; driven by her many passions such as sewing, cooking, gardening, watching hummingbirds out her windows, running to flea markets, fairs, and tag sales, and spending a day at the casino with her sister Carol. She was an excellent cook and baker, ever so creative and artistic, and could tailor anything to her liking. She will be missed by all who knew her. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 6 at 11:00 A.M. at the Woodtick Memorial Funeral Home 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Friends may visit with Judys family from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
