Wolcott Mrs. Jeanette M. (Glogowski) Hardenburg, 70, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2020 at the Village Green of Bristol. She was the loving wife of the late Merle D. Hardenburg who predeceased her in 2017. Jeanette was born on July 30, 1949 in New Haven, daughter of the late Joseph and Bridget (McNulty) Glogowski. Jeanette was the librarian at Frisbee Elementary School in Wolcott for a number of years before her retirement. She was always devoted to her dogs and will be missed by Brody. Jeanette is survived by her son, Eric P. Hardenburg and his wife Paula of Southington; her brother, Joseph Glogowski; brother in law, Robert Reynolds; and three grandchildren, Emily Brown, Jenna Brown, and Haley Hardenburg. She was predeceased by her daughter, Denise B. Hardenburg; and sister, Norah Reynolds. There will be a private burial. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local animal shelter.
