FLORENCE BELVAL Retired From Timex WATERBURY ~ Florence (Barre) Belval, 92, of Waterbury passed away on Monday, October 11th at River Glen in Southbury. She was the widow of Lawrence Belval. Mrs. Belval was born August 27, 1918 in Upton, P.Q., Canada, daughter of the late Donat and Antoinette (Delage) Barre. She retired from Timex after 40 years of service. Mrs. Belval was a member of the Shrine of St. Anne Church and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. She was family oriented and enjoyed shopping, tatting and traveling. She leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 from Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott to the Shrine of St. Anne for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Burial will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 am until the time of the service.
