Waterbury Dorothy "Dotty" Cote, 78, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017. She was born on May 5, 1939 to the late Philip and Irene (Charbonneau) Morin. Dotty loved to cook and enjoyed trips to the casino with her niece, Karen. Dotty was a kind loving soul, who was very giving. She was like a mother to everyone she met. She touched the lives of many and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Dotty is survived by her former husband and best friend, Fernand Cote; her grandchildren, Brittany M. Cote; and Zachary Cote; her sisters, Theresa Morin, of Brownsville, VT; and Joan Susarchick, of Wolcott; many nieces and nephews, and extended family. Including her parents, Dotty was predeceased by her sons, Mark J. Cote; and David A. Cote; her brothers, Thomas Morin; and Edward Morin; and her sister, Shirley Dollinger. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 23 at 11 a.m. at St. Patricks Church, 50 Charles St. Waterbury. Meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
