Provincetown, MA ~Todd Robert LaMadeleine, 43, of Provincetown, formerly of Wolcott and Bristol, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 28, 2011. He is the son of Robert and Linda (Bystrak) LaMadeleine.
Todd was born May 20, 1968 in Bristol. He was affluent with all aspects of the restaurant world and loved working with people. Todd lived on the water enjoying the sounds and captures of the ocean and beaches. During his career he worked at many restaurants locally including The Silo, Avon Old Farms Inn Restaurant, Four Points Hotel and in MA, Pepes Wharf, the Dancing Lobster and then started and became owner of The Landmark in Provincetown. He loved his pet Chinchilla, Delilah and over many years collected Snoopy items. Todd touched many lives, anyone that met him, would say how loving, friendly and helpful he was. He had a genuine compassionate heart and wonderful personality.
He leaves his parents of Wolcott, a sister Danielle and her husband Ray Roux of Plainville, two adoring nieces, Kaylee and Anne Roux, his maternal grandmother Vivian Bystrak of Bristol, many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends from Connecticut and Cape Cod. He was predeceased by a close friend recently, Tom McGowan, also by grandparents, John Bystrak, Paul and Julienne LaMadeleine, and his uncle Dennis LaMadeleine.
A celebration of Todds life will be held on Friday at 6:30 pm at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday from 3 till the close of the service.
Memorial gifts may be made in his name: to a charity of the donors choice.
