Wolcott Richard K. Schneider, 61, passed away on Friday evening, march 17, at the Waterbury Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Mary (Paskowski) Schneider. Richard was born April 26, 1961 in Waterbury, son of Christel (Stepputtis) (Schneider) Lilyerd of Blaine, MN and the late Ludwig Schneider. Richard worked in Property Management with Marlo Management in Derby for 34 years. He will be remembered as an antique car enthusiast and was a member of the Chevy Car Club. In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his siblings, his twin brother, Fritz Schneider, his brother, Erich Schneider, his sister, Erika Jaskela and brother, Christopher Lilyerd, all of MN and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, at 12:00 P.M. at the Woodtick Memorial Funeral Home 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Friends may visit with Richards family from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at noon.
