Milldale- Peter P. Stolfi, 87, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was the son of Mary and Salvatore Stolfi. He leaves his wife, Anna; daughter, Cheryl Donavan, and her husband, Dennis, of Watertown; daughter, Michele Flugrad, of Middletown; and son, Robert Stolfi, and his wife, Tamara, of Windham, Maine; his grandchildren, Chelsea Donovan; Samantha Flugrad; Kenneth Flugrad; Rebecca Sicinsky, and her husband, Francisco; and great grandson, Ramsey; his sister, Lois Lombard, of Prospect; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Including his parents, Peter was predeceased by his sisters, Katherine Stolfi, and Rose Newell. Peter was born in Waterbury, educated there and graduated from Goodwin Tech as a plumber. He was in the Navy during the Korean War; after which he worked at and retired from the New Britain General Hospital. In keeping with Peters wishes, services will be held Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Road, Wolcott, on Thursday, February 8 at 10 a.m. Family and friends may gather from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
