Wolcott Mr. Lester L. Gray, 93, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, at the Bristol Hospital. He was the husband of the late Doris (McMahon) Gray. Lester was born February 2, 1929 in New York, New York, son of the late Ernest and Martha (Daniels) Gray. He is survived by two sons, Gary Gray and his wife Lisa of Weatogue and John Gray of Waterbury; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife Lester was predeceased by his son, James E. Gray; his brother Ernest Gray and his sister, Alma Thompson. The Gray family would like to thank Lesters doctors, Gretchen and Crystal and his nurses, Julia and Amber, and all the staff at Bristol Hospital for the loving and compassionate care given to Lester. Funeral services with interment in Edgewood Cemetery will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Lesters name to Wolcott Animal Control C/O the Wolcott Police Department.
