Wolcott Mr. Arthur G. Jones, Jr, 83, passed away on Saturday, April 30, at St. Marys Hospital. He was the husband of the late Phyllis M. (Cibelli) Jones. Arthur was born December 3, 1938 in Waterbury, son of the late Arthur G. Jones, Sr and Josephine (McGrail) Pasquino. He was raised in Waterbury and attended local schools. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and served honorably for over 20 years, being discharged in 1975. He was a member of the Wolcott Landowners Protective Association. He will be remembered for his love of trips to Foxwoods Casino. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Ross and her husband Justin of Wolcott; his sister, Ellen Raczka of Bozrah; his sister-in-law, Anna P. Cibelli of Waterbury and several nieces and nephews, including Dominic Cibelliand his wife Lisa, and their children, Michael, Ellissa and Isabelle. All services are private. Services Private Services
