WATERBURY - Michael "Big Mike" Kalinosky, Sr., 64, of Waterbury passed away on Tuesday, January, 13, 2015 at Waterbury Hospital. "Big Mike" was born February 16, 1950 in Waterbury, son of the late Peter and Julia (Hanley) Kalinosky. He was well known as a self-employed mechanic. He leaves his son, Michael Kalinosky, Jr. and wife, Katie of Torrington, daughters, Toni Noble and husband, Frank, Jr. of Wolcott, Tammy Elliott of Wolcott, and Kelly Kalinosky and partner, Adam Vargas of Waterbury, a sister, Patricia Lambo of Waterbury, 9 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 pm at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott with a service at 5 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
