WOLCOTT ~ Mary N. (Toporoso) Pandiscia, 88, of Wolcott passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Wolcott View Manor. She was the widow of Anthony R. Pandiscia. Mrs. Pandiscia was born November 25, 1924 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Michael and Antoinette (Totta) Toporoso. Mary was a member of the Charles Rietdyke Senior Center and always enjoyed a good game of cards and bingo. She was a fan of the NY Yankees and the UCONN Girls Basketball team. During her younger years, she bowled in local duck pin leagues. Mary attended St. Pius X Church. She leaves her sons, Anthony M. Pandiscia and his wife, Susan of Waterbury and Robert Pandiscia and his wife, Linda of Stratford, her daughter, Annette (Pandiscia) Yorski and her husband, Mark of Bristol, her grandchildren, Audra Buonocore, Stephen, Matthew, Lauren and Leah Pandiscia, and three great granddaughters. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 8 am from Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott to St. Pius X Church for a funeral mass at 9 am. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm.
