WOLCOTT ~ Mary Ann Cook, 80, of Wolcott passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Vitas Innovative Care Unit at St. Marys Hospital. She was the widow of John "Jack" Cook. Mrs. Cook was born November 27, 1932 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph & Agnes (LaChance) Lafreniere. For many years she had been employed as a Security Guard for various businesses in the area. She enjoyed crafting and she had attended St. Maria Goretti Church. She leaves her daughter, Diane Cook of Cromwell, her sisters, Anita Champagne and Marguerite "Marge" Loranger, both of Wolcott, her half-brother, Richard St. Denis of Pasadena, MD, and several nieces and nephews.
