Wolcott- Mrs. Mary Helen (Moynihan) Brundage, 86, passed away Wednesday evening, August 19, at the Waterbury Hospital after a brief illness. She was the widow of John W. Brundage. Mrs. Brundage was born January 17, 1929 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Timothy J. and Anna (Winslow) Moynihan. Mary will be remembered for her love of family and the joy she found in laughing, going to tag sales, shopping, camping and vacations to the islands. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Duren and her husband Kenneth of Wolcott; her son, Thomas Brundage and his wife Cheryl of Wolcott; her step-daughter, Roberta Goss of Vermont; her sisters, Eileen Moynihan and Patricia Derouin; four grandchildren Kristen, Kelly, Rebecca and Alyssa; three step-grandchildren, William, Laurie and Mark; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Timothy, Edward and Daniel. The family would like to thank Jean Vaillancourt and the staff of Wolcott View Manor for the love and care they showed to Mary. Arrangements: Calling hours will be held this evening from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 22, at 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
