Obituary

WOLCOTT ~Marjorie (Keane) (Sheldon) DiBiase, 82, formerly of White Oak Lane, died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the Alzheimers Resource Center of CT . She was the wife of Nicholas DiBiase for thirteen years and also the widow to Leslie E. Sheldon Jr. Mrs. DiBiase was born February 24, 1928 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Edward and Margery (Petrukaitis) Keane. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Waterbury. She was an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed spending time with her family, golfing with friends, and traveling the world. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Leslie E. Sheldon III and his wife Josephine of Broad Brook, CT, a daughter, Laine Krisiunas and her husband Edward of Burlington, CT, five grand children, Timothy Sheldon, Karin Rudenko and her husband Mark, Victoria and Evan Krisiunas and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sister Eileen Glorioso of Southington. She was predeceased by her sister Muriel Meehan of Bethlehem. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 from the Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott, to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Waterbury for a funeral mass at 10:30 am with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Alzheimers Resource Center for their compassion and dedication and for providing Marjorie a safe, comfortable and dignified place to spend her last years.
