Wolcott- Mrs. Marie P. (Rizzo) Parragona, 91, died peacefully on August 26, at Wolcott View Manor. She was the widow of Christy J. Parragona and mother of Christine Fitzpatrick of Wolcott and Deneen Parragona of Everett, MA; sister of Joseph Rizzo of Revere, MA. Marie had three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her family was very important to her. Arrangements: A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, September 2, from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. Wolcott, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown.
