MIDDLETOWN ~ Luis Cruz, 60, of Middletown passed away on June 18, 2013 in Middletown. He was born October 15, 1952 in Caguas, P.R., son of the late Prudencio and Evarista (Roldan) Cruz. Luis had been employed as a chef for local restaurants. Luis leaves his sisters, Gloria, Maria, Delia and Lydia Cruz, all of Waterbury, his brothers, Pablo Cruz of NY, Justiniano, Arsenio and Jose Cruz, all of Waterbury and numerous nieces and nephews.
