We sadly announce the passing of our matriarch Lucia Emileen (Deziel) Collins, wife of the late Edward "Eddy" Collins, on Saturday July 19, 2025 at 97 years old.

Born in Waterbury on August 14, 1927, Lucia was the daughter of the late Emile and Alice (Beaulieu) Deziel.

Left to carry on her loving legacy are her sons, Gille (Rejeanne), Alain (Marina), Pierre (Susan), Serge (Suzanne), Bobby, her daughter Johanne DeVirglio, daughter-in-law France, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She also leaves several siblings and nieces and nephews in Canada.

In addition to her husband Eddy, Lucia was predeceased by her sons Danny, Jean, and her daughter Diane.
