Wolcott Lorraine (Rouillard) Fraser, 89, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021. She was the wife of the late Allen Fraser for 60 years. Lorraine was born in Waterbury on December 24, 1931, daughter of the late Frederick and Rose (Mousette) Rouillard. She retired from Bristol Babcock after 22 years of service; worked at Infodex in Wolcott for 7 years; and Wolcott Mini Storage for 2 years. She was a resident of Wolcott for 54 years and was a member of the Reidyke Senior Center Association. Lorraine was past president of the VFW Auxiliary Post 1979 1998 1999. She leaves behind 2 sons, Mark Fraser, and his wife, Jackie, of FL; and James Fraser, of Wolcott; her grandsons, Chad and Marc Anthony Fraser, of FL; Justin Eastwood; and Michael and Tobias Fraser of Wolcott; her great granddaughter, Gianna Fraser, of FL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Some of her favorite pastimes include, needlepoint, set back, bingo, and monthly trips to the casino.
