LAURETTA LECOMTE RICHBORO, PA ~ Lauretta (Archambault) Lecomte, 92, formerly of Waterbury passed away on March 4th at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Armand Lecomte. Mrs. Lecomte was born February 25, 1917 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Alfred and Augustine (Racicot) Archambault. She lived in Wolcott from 1946 to 1965 and then moved to Waterbury. In October of 2003 she went to reside with her daughter, Dariel Kirk in Richboro, PA. While living in Waterbury, she attended St. Leo the Great Church. Mrs. Lecomte was an avid reader and enjoyed crewel work. She is survived by three children, Douglas A. Lecomte and his wife Beverly of Charleston, TN, Barry A. Lecomte of Waterbury, and Dariel Kirk and her husband, Donald of Richboro, PA, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 9th at 10 am at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Relative and friends may call at the funeral home form 9 to 10 am. A memorial service will then take place at 10 am and burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Laurettas name to the American Cancer Society, 538 Preston Ave., Meriden, CT 06450 or the American Lung Association, 45 Ash St., E. Hartford, CT 06018.
