Waterbury Kevin M. Karpicki, 51 of Wolcott passed away unexpectedly on September 5, 2020. Kevin was born in Waterbury on September 25, 1968 son of Edward R. and Maureen Karpicki Sr. He grew up in Wolcott, graduated from Wolcott High School, and obtained his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from UConn. Kevin was a dedicated Oakland Raiders fan and lover of all sports but his true passion was golf. He also loved music and was an avid U2 fan. Kevin could be found enjoying time with his niece and nephews playing wiffleball, football and video games. He worked many years within shipping and supply management, most recently at Sheldon Precision in Prospect. Kevin is survived by his parents Edward and Maureen of Wolcott; brothers Edward and his wife Lia Karpicki of Bantam and Steve and his wife MaryLynn Karpicki of Orange Park, Fl.; his niece Alyssa Karpicki; and nephews Zachary, Cole, and Brady Karpicki.
