Obituary

Greensboro, NC - Jordan McCarvell passed away on December 20th, 2016 in the presence of his father at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina after a 4 year long battle with Cardiac Disease, and spent his final days with his family. Jordan was born on September 13th, 1989 in Waterbury, son of Lawrence McCarvell and the late Mary Lyn Borghesi. Jordan was a socialite, and was always making jokes. He was the person you could count on when you were upset. He enjoyed playing pool, ever since he was young, listening to music and driving. Jordan lived in Waterbury most of his life, though he moved between NC and CT since the age of 17. Jordan is survived by his father Lawrence McCarvell, and his best friend and sister, Ashley McCarvell (fianc Michael Brush) and sister Amanda McCarvell Griffing. As well as his son Gabriel (mother Ashley Territo) and nephews Caleb, Corbin, Skylar and niece Catera. Jordan is also survived by his aunts Kathleen McCarvell, Jacqueline German (husband Bromley German), and Kimberly Cher Pasanio (husband Shane Pasanio) and uncles Scott McCarvell; Cousins, Patrick German, Bethany German, and Shawn McCarvell, second cousin Dianna McCarvell; Grandmothers Sandra Cher and Eleanor Borghesi. Jordan is predeceased by his mother Mary Lyn Borghesi and grandfathers Robert L. Cher and Brian Borghesi. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on January 15, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial 420 Wolcott Rd, Wolcott. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jordan's honor to your local Animal Shelter.
