OBITUARY JOAN L. MICHAUD SOUTHINGTON ~ Joan L. (Jensen) Michaud, 80, of Southington passed away on Friday, June 12th surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ernest Michaud. Mrs. Michaud was born June 28, 1928 in St. John, N.B., Canada, daughter of the late Herbert and Lillian (Wilson) Jensen. She was a parishioner of St. Aloysius Church in Southington. She enjoyed crafting and reading. Besides her loving husband of 57years, she leaves her daughter, Ann Fortunato and her husband, Robert of Stuart, FL, her son, Edward Michaud of Northford, CT, her sister, Donna Ehler of Bare Foot Bay, FL., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 15th at 8:30 am from the Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott to St. Aloysius Church for a funeral mass at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 to 6 pm.
