Wolcott - Joan M. Koopstus, 70, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Joseph C. Koopstus for 49 years. Joan was born in Waterbury on March 29, 1948, daughter of the late Walter E. Dunn, Sr. and Helen (Kallas) Dunn. Besides her husband, Joe, Joan is survived by her daughters, Jody DellaCroce, of Waterbury; and Tammy Hreha, and her husband, Gary, of Bristol; her sister, Sandra Dunn, of IN; her grandchildren, Grace Hreha; and Jianna DellaCroce; her sister in law, Geraldine Matusevich, of Plantsville; and nieces and nephews.
