Wolcott Jeanne Wood, 92, passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late Raymond W. Wood. Jeanne was born in Waterbury on February 2, 1926, only daughter of Theophile and Marie-Louise (Gelinas) Clement. Jeanne was a devoted mother and grandmother, a loving aunt and sister, and took great pride in caring for her family and home. She also enjoyed playing cards. Her memories will be cherished by her son, Steven Wood, and his wife, Patricia; her daughters, Susan Monti, and her husband, Ralph; and Donna Charette, and her husband, Edward; her brother, Alphonse Clement, and his wife, Blanch; her grandchildren, Danielle, Erin, Meaghan, Ryan, Edward, Stacey; her great-grandchildren, Emma, Nathan, Hunter, Paige, Lucas, Jared, and Jonah; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Including her husband, Raymond, Jeanne was predeceased by her son, Raymond Frank Wood. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday November 6 at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Road, Wolcott.
