Jean-Marc Boivin

WATERBURY- Jean-Marc Boivin, 82, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025 at the VITAS Unit in St. Marys Hospital. He was husband of Lise (Gelinas) Boivin for 58 years.
Jean-Marc Boivin was born in Lac-Megantic, P.Q. Canada on October 19, 1942. He served in the US Army and retired from Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury where he worked for 29 years. One of his greatest passions was watching NASCAR and he was a big fan of #9 Bill Elliot "Million Dollar Bill".
In addition to his wife Lise, left to carry on his legacy are his daughter Lynn and her husband Russell Chamberlain, his two granddaughters Rebecca and Victoria Chamberlain all of MA, his sister Kilda Boivin of FL, and several nieces and nephews.
At his request there are no funeral services scheduled. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation https://www.t2t.org/ in support of building homes for injured veterans.
