Jean Billian
WOLCOTT- Mrs. Jean (Ulrich), (Cmiel) Billian, 97, beloved wife of Leonard Billian passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday July 19th in Bristol.
Born in Bristol on June 13, 1927, Jean was the daughter of the late Julius and Gertrude (Moulthrop) Ulrich. Jean was a very faithful and caring person who loved her family dearly. She also loved animals, nature and enjoyed gardening especially flowers and maintaining her beautiful yard.
Jean expressed in writing that she thanks her loving husband and daughter for giving her so much happiness and joy. She also was grateful to the Lord for allowing her so many years to dwell on this beautiful planet with the animals, birds, flowers, and people.
In addition to her husband Leonard of 47 years and her daughter Carol Cmiel, Jean leaves her stepdaughters Theresa Silva, Ann Marie Langley and her husband Jim, her step grandson Brandon Billian and a nephew Michael Vaillancourt. Jean was predeceased by her first husband Henry Cmiel, her son-in-law Shawn Dunn and sister Nanette Vaillancourt.
