JANE C. BANDEIRA Member East Gate Community Club WATERBURY ~ Jane C. (Maxwell) Bandeira, 72, of Waterbury passed away at St. Marys Hospital on Sunday, December 26th. She was the widow of Edward Bandeira. Mrs. Bandeira was born July 27, 1938 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Francis and Kathleen (Murphy) Maxwell, Sr. She attended Sts. Peter & Paul Church. She was a member and past secretary of the East Gate Community Club and a member of the Waterbury Triad. Mrs. Bandeira enjoyed trips to the casinos, bingo and playing cards. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the Food Network. She retired from Laidlaw Bus Co. after 6 years of service. Mrs. Bandeira leaves her children, Edward J. Bandeira and his wife Randi of Waterbury, Kathy Scott and her husband, Gordon, (Jr.) of Boca Raton, FL, and Lynn Tripp and her husband, Michael (Sr.) of Waterbury, her brother Francis Maxwell, Jr. of Hot Springs, AR, her grandchildren, Michael Scott, Michaela Tripp, Shera Tripp, and Edward J. Bandeira, Jr., 2 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great grandchildren, her cousins, Philip Murphy & family and Deborah Olson & family, and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 am at St. Peter & Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd., Waterbury. Friends are asked to meet directly at the church. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
