Isabella (Young) Allen WOLCOTT- Isabella (Young) Allen, 94, wife of the late Robert Allen, passed peacefully at her home Friday January 3, 2025. Born in Waterbury on July 19, 1930, Isabella was the daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Watson) Young. Isabella was the owner of Burger Village Restaurant in Waterbury for many years. She enjoyed cooking, watching UConn basketball, and spending time with family. Isabella is survived by her sons Douglas and his wife Cathy Allen, Scott Allen and his fiance Juana, her daughter Jean and her husband Brian Timbrell, her son in law David Pilloise, her nine grandchildren, Jean Roberts, Jillian and her husband David Ribeiro, Andrew Roberts and his wife Amelia, Tara Cardona and her husband Sebastian, Stephanie Allen, Barry McKeen and his wife Becky, Heather Matthews and her husband Dan, Randi Allen, Taylor Renner and her husband Brad, her two sisters Mary Elsdon, Jane Parola, and her cousin Hazel Wright as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Robert, Isabella was predeceased by her daughter Mary Jane Pilloise. Funeral Services are private.
